An overview of our services
Relaxation and recreation for your very special companion! We are the best place for an unforgettable dog-friendly holiday and offer our guests a wide variety of activities and attractions. We do not only tolerate dogs but want them to feel absolutely at home! Because also a man’s and woman’s best friend occasionally needs a change of pace.
OUR SERVICES FOR A DOG-FRIENDLY HOLIDAY:
- Upon arrival, dog bed and bowl are already placed in your room. Of course, they hold some nice treats!
- On the terrace, you find a small dog pool, perfect for cooling down on hot summer days.
- Dog blankets, toys, poo bags available at reception desk.
- Just outside Fiss, you find a fenced-in dog playground where your dog can do whatever he or she wants.
- Dog-sitting: In case you want to go on a mountain tour or a day trip, you can leave your dog with us.
- Ask for a guided hiking tour with dog at the reception desk! However, the area around Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis offers an excellent surrounding for a dog-friendly holiday in the Tyrolean Alps.
- T-Touch Massage: Due to the circling and gliding motions of the “Tellington Touches“ and the specific floor work, a special kind of connection is established between dog and human.
- Dog washing station
- Opposite the hotel entrance, there is a “dog station” (basket for dog waste).
- Dogs are allowed on the cable car and the hiking bus. Muzzle mandatory on hiking bus. In case you don’t have a muzzle with you, we can provide you one at the reception desk.
- Please understand that dogs must not enter the wellness and dining areas. If you wish to eat in the presence of your dog, please let us know, so we can arrange for you to eat in the common room of the hotel.
