The next cash machines are at Volksbank Fiss (across the street from Gasthof Lamm), Raiffeisen bank Fiss (in the post building), and ski-school Fiss.

Curfew: Please note our bar’s curfew is 11 p.m. at the latest.

The elevator takes you to all floors of our house.

Your restaurant bill is automatically added to your hotel bill, unless the bill is paid separately at night. Please check your consumption at breakfast every day. If you travel in groups of more than 14 people, we ask you to pay cash.

If you want to surprise a special someone with a bouquet of flowers, we like to offer you a hand. Just approach us in time at the reception desk.

An incredible healing method! A focussed massage can mitigate a variety of unpleasant conditions and pains. Inform yourself and ask for an appointment at the reception desk.

In winter, our basement sauna and steambath are open daily from 4 pm to 6.30 pm. In summer, by prior appointment.

Located in our basement, you can conveniently open the heated ski storage with your key card. Please do not enter your rooms with your boots on! The entrance to our ski storage is located at the lower side of our hotel.

It is not allowed to smoke in our hotel. However, you may smoke outside on the balconies and the terrace.

You can get stamps from our reception desk. The post box at the entrance of our hotel is emptied Monday to Friday between 10 and 11 am.
