Our holiday apartment has a size of approx. 85 m² and comprises 2 floors, connected by a spiral staircase that leads up from the living room.
The 2 bedrooms are upstairs. In the lower area are the kitchen, living room and separate shower and toilet. The apartment has its own entrance with an anteroom. Sunbathing lawn and terrace as well as parking are of course at your free disposal

Our current price list 2023/2024
The prices are per apartment and per day excluding local tax per person per day (from 15 years) of € 2.60 and excluding final cleaning. The final cleaning costs are one-off and amount to € 98.00 per apartment. Dogs are allowed – € 5.00 per day without food. Plus € 6.00 – adults and € 3.00 – children per person/night.

Follow the eleven sharp turns from Ried to Fiss. Then turn right in direction of the Fisserhöfe. First driveway left – Kreuzgrubenweg 5. Our house is located next to the cross-country skiing trails in Fiss. By car or by shuttle, you can reach the cableways in only 1-2 minutes.
From Germany, the Benelux countries and Eastern Austria via the Inntalautobahn motorway, from Western Austria and Switzerland via the Arlbergtunnel or the Arlberg mountain pass. The closest traffic junction is Landeck (follow direction to Reschen mountain pass).
From Landeck, it is only another 30 kilometres to Fiss: first to Ried – then follow the road to Fiss
Get off the train in Landeck, from there take the regular bus service (approx. 50 mins) or a taxi via Ried to Fiss (approx. 30 mins).
Arrive in Innsbruck (approx. 1 h to Fiss), Munich, Zurich or Friedrichshafen (approx. 3 h).
