Booking information

Your room will be available for occupancy by 16:00 on your day of arrival.
If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please let us know in advance.

If you arrive after 20:00, we will be happy to organise a cold platter for you instead of the evening menu.

Bathrobes and bath slippers can be rented from reception for € 7.00 per stay.

Regulation in accordance with Austrian hotel terms and conditions:

Cancellation up to 1 month prior to arrival: free of charge.
Up to 1 week: 50% of the total cost of your stay.
Within 1 week of arrival date, also in the case of early departure: 90% of the total cost.

As intervening factors can always occur, and you may not be able to begin your holiday as planned, we recommend to you taking out travel insurance: www.europaeische.at

We kindly ask you to vacate your room and the parking space by 10:00 on the day of departure.

If you need to leave early on the day of departure, you can order a packed lunch at reception by 10:00 on the previous day.

per child per night incl. half board for children staying in the room of their parents (two people paying full price):
0 - 4 years: € 10.00
5 - 6 years: € 25.00
7 - 9 years: 50% reduction
10 - 14 years: 50% reduction
Child reduction in their own room: upon request.

Consumption charges are automatically added to your hotel bill if they are not settled in the evening. Please check your charges each day at breakfast. For groups of 15 persons or more, we kindly ask for cash payment. 

Dogs are warmly welcome on request.

Our hotel offers a charging station for electric cars (€ 0.40 per kWh).
Please let us know in advance if you would like to charge your vehicle.

Breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00
Dinner from 18:30 to 19:30

If dinner is not taken, € 6.00 per person per night will be deducted, provided cancellation is made by 10:00.
Would you like to invite friends to dinner? Please let us know at breakfast so that we can prepare everything for the evening.

Important note: The high quality of our dishes is our top priority. Depending on staffing, we may occasionally decide at short notice whether the evening menu as part of half board can be offered on all seven days of the week. For each day it is not available, € 20.00 per person per day will be credited.

If you make a reservation online, we reserve the right to cancel it within 24 hours.

Payment can be made in cash (€), by EC Card, Visa or MasterCard.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of approximately one third of the total travel price must be paid by bank transfer. If the deposit is not received within the specified time, the reservation will automatically lapse. We ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee you will get a specific room number or floor.

Your room card also serves as the key for the front door, as well as for the ski room and ski locker. Please always carry your room card with you so that you do not find yourself locked out. The room card also provides additional security against unauthorised access.

Our wellness area is located on the lower ground floor and includes a Swiss stone pine sauna, steam room and relaxation rooms made from Fiss Swiss stone pine wood. In winter, it is open daily from 16:00 to 18:30. (In summer by prior arrangement.)

In the basement you will find your ski locker with ski boot heater. It can easily be opened using your room card. Please do not wear ski boots in the rooms. The entrance to the ski room is located on the lower side of the hotel.

1 night: € 15.00 per person per night

2 nights: € 10.00 per person per night

3 nights: € 7.00 per person per night

Please note that our bar closes at 23:00 at the latest, and slightly earlier when business is quiet. Twice a week the bar closes earlier, at 21:00.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
